Bradley McMillen

My name is Bradley McMillen, and I am a sophomore at New Mexico State University, pursuing my passion for golf through the NMSU PGA Golf Management Program. This program has provided me with invaluable knowledge about the game while shaping my skills as a coach and mentor.

Over the past year, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside Henry Stetina, coaching PGA Jr. League and helping young golfers develop their skills and confidence on the course. Coaching has taught me the importance of patience, adaptability, and communication—key qualities that allow me to connect with each player and tailor instruction to their unique needs.

My coaching philosophy centers around making the game both fun and rewarding. I believe that every swing, every lesson, and every round is an opportunity for growth, not just for the players but for me as a coach as well. Seeing young athletes improve and develop a love for the game is what drives my passion for teaching.

I am excited to continue learning, growing, and fostering a welcoming environment where players of all skill levels can thrive. Golf is more than just a sport—it’s a lifelong journey, and I’m grateful to be part of that journey for so many young athletes.
